He will also become a member of the company board. So, what does this mean for the average Joe? Well, he can get set to see a lot more of Bollywood gupsh up on Indian telly, even as Dharma Productions is slated to become an exclusive content supplier for NDTV. With a slew of successful films behind him, besides being branded as a man with the golden touch (one person who got people back to the movie theatres, that is!), there are no prizes for guessing that Johar will bring a lot of Bollywood content to the proposed channel. Oh! And of course, with bosom buddy Shahrukh Khan also tightening his laces to re-enter the idiot box (Yes! The KBC deal), guess the viewer is in for a soiree!
