Booming economy and increasing spending power of the middle class is further expected to fuel the real estate inferno. Abir Joshi, a young prospective house buyer told B&E, “Since my great grandfather’s time, our family has purchased properties around the festival season only because it is considered to be auspicious. This time also, I’m looking to buy a property.” Interacting with other prospective buyers belonging to different demographics and psychographics revealed that Abir is not the only one who thinks like that.
